Escape to Our Lakeside Accommodations in New York State

Purpose-built in 2005 as a B&B, The Pearl of Seneca Lake Bed and Breakfast can be found on the lake about 3 miles east of the Village of Dundee and 11 miles north of Watkins Glen.   With almost 14 acres and 400 feet of lake frontage, our grounds are quiet, secluded, and free of traffic and light pollution. A nature trail winds 3000 feet up the hill, where guests can take a relaxing hike and enjoy viewing the birds, wildlife and natural surroundings. The perfect destination for wine lovers, our inn is conveniently situated along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and just a short distance from the Keuka, Cayuga and Canandaigua wine trails.

An 80-foot dock was added in 2006, which includes two benches for guests to experience the tranquility of the lake. It includes a metal ladder for swimming convenience.   Because of sharp stones and zebra mussels, water shoes are recommended.

The Pearl of Seneca Lake Bed and Breakfast has been a dream of Peter and Mary Muller since 1982, when they purchased 14 acres with 385-foot lake frontage, which was an abandoned grape farm. They spent 23 years camping on the land, sitting by the fire pit, and drawing up the plans.   They developed a retirement plan, which included the dream of a bed & breakfast, where people could enjoy the quiet surroundings, experience a romantic getaway, have a quiet retreat, or enjoy the beautiful lake. The Pearl of Seneca Lake Bed and Breakfast is the realization of that dream.
