Ham and Asparagus Frittata

Ham and Asparagus Frittata Recipe
Combine:
2/3 cup ham
1/2 cup Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt
3 large eggs
2 large egg whites
Spray (with cooking spray) a 9-inch non-stick skillet.
Add:
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup 1-inch sliced asparagus
Saute 3 minutes.
Add egg mixture. Reduce heat to medium. Cooked covered for 3 minutes or until almost set.
Sprinkle with:
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning.
Broil for 3 minutes until egg is set.
