Mushroom, Tomato, Bacon and Basil Frittata

This is a wonderful frittata to make, especially during the tomato season. It quickly became a favorite
Mushroom, Tomato, Bacon and Basil Frittata Recipe
Combine:
4-8 large eggs
3 tbsp milk or water
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
Saute:
4-6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tbsp olive oil or bacon grease
1 medium onion
½ cup of sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp chopped basil or 1 tsp dried basil
Add:
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
Add egg mixture to bacon, onion, mushroom, basil and tomato mixture and stir to combine. When the egg mixture starts to cook and is still moist, place pan under broiler until it is golden.
