From the Kitchen of The Pearl of Seneca Lake B & B
This topping is very easy to make and really dresses up any fruit. I usually use it with Banana, but have also used it mixed into a fruit cup.
Banana Sauce Recipe
2 cups sour cream
½ cup sugar
¼ cup orange juice
4 tbsp grated orange rind
A bunch of bananas or fruit combination
A sprinkle of granola
Fresh fruit for topping
Combine the sour cream, sugar, orange juice, and orange rind. Place a tbsp of the cream sauce on each fruit serving. Sprinkle with granola and decorate with available fresh fruit.
