Over the winter months when we are closed, I have the opportunity to test new recipes. Some have been very good, some just OK and some not so good. It seems that coming up with new breakfast items keeps me fresh and frees me from being bored. I love the challenge of serving new things, especially when I know they are good. Enjoying our guests’ reaction brings me such pleasure. Yet, at the same time I am also honored when a guest requests one of their favorites – the raspberry chocolate chip scone, the spinach omelet or maybe the crepe cups.
