We were honored and surprised this year to find that we were included in the fall issue of Focus Magazine, which is published by the New York State Hospitality and Tourism Association. The article describes what we offer at our B & B, and includes photos of our house, our dock and our fire pit experience. Also included on the page is a recipe for our signature Raspberry and Chocloate Chip Scones. We’ve included here a link to our page: Focus Magazine Link (The “Zoom In” tab at the bottom of the screen expands the page to make it more readable.) The scone recipe is complete, except for the final steps:
Sprinkle with sugar. It can then be placed in the refrigerator until ready to bake, or you can bake it immediately for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
