I was driving past a Mennonite school yesterday and chuckled when I saw the hooks that hold baseball mitts in the spring, but are now holding boots. The boots are hanging on the building near the door. We now have lots of spring mud as the snow melts, and boots are necessary as you walk through the fields to school. Note the bikes and the simple playground equipment. If you look closely, you can see part of the two outhouses in the back of the school.
