The Pearl of Seneca Lake, located near Dundee, NY, is the perfect place for a romantic weekend or a vacation getaway, providing luxury lodging in a country setting in the heart of New York State’s beautiful Finger Lakes Region.
The four guest rooms each feature individually-controlled heating and cooling, private bathroom with shower, 3-speed ceiling fan, table with two chairs, refrigerator, microwave, satellite TV, wireless Internet connectivity, hair dryer, and a deck or balcony overlooking the lake. The beds include new Sealy pillowtop mattresses, with 400-count sheets.
We strive to maintain a high degree of cleanliness in our home, which is often noted by our guests. Our bedspreads are washed every 3-4 weeks.

The Chardonnay, Riesling, and Merlot rooms each feature a queen-size bed and a second entrance from the outside deck. The Chardonnay and Riesling rooms are located on the second floor. The Merlot Room (on the first floor), as well as all the hallways and common areas, is fully handicap-accessible (ADA compliant).
The Southview Room on the second floor features a king-size bed and two twin-size beds, and includes a private balcony overlooking the lake. The king-size bed can be converted into two additional twin-size beds if that is more desirable. It is pictured at the bottom of this page.

Note:
During the peak season (May through October), a 2-night minimum is required on weekends (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday),
as well as during the week preceding the Fourth of July.
On the major racing weekends (see below), a 3-night minimum is required
(Thur/Fri/Sat or Fri/Sat/Sun).

November 1, 2008 - April 30, 2009: ....... Fri-Sat nights: $150 ....... Sun-Thur nights: $130
For the Southview Room:
Fri-Sat nights, add $30 per extra person.

Each mini-refrigerator is stocked with soda, juices, water, and ice. The furniture for each of the bedrooms was made by local Mennonite craftsmen, with newly-purchased bedding. The common area features a country kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room with fireplace. The living room includes a large expandable table, and can be made private with closed doors for meetings, etc.
A typical breakfast includes coffee, juice, fruit, a sweet or savory entree, meat or meat substitute. Home-made muffins, scones, or sweet rolls may be provided, as appropriate.
A home-made mid-day snack will be provided, including such items as fruit, brownies, cheese & crackers, and/or cookies.
A Flavia coffee maker enables each guest to brew individual cups of coffee, tea, or cocoa in a variety of flavors and strengths. |

This is a view of our Southview Room (formerly called the Dormitory Room), which was originally designed as an overflow room for grandchildren. It includes a king-size bed, two twin-size beds, private bath, table with chairs, refrigerator, microwave, ceiling fan, hair dryer, and a private balcony with a great lake view. The king-size bed can be converted into two additional twin-size beds if that is more desirable.
