The Pearl of Seneca Lake, a New York Finger Lakes bed and breakfast, strives to make your accommodations as comfortable and freeing as possible for everyone.

Breakfast is normally served between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM.   For people who desire privacy, breakfast can be obtained and taken back to the room. A table and chairs have been provided in each room.

In consideration of other guests, we accept children 10 and over.

Payment can be made using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, checks, or cash.

For cancellations, we request that you let us know as soon as possible.   Within 7 days, we reserve the right to charge the first night's rental (or 50% for single nights) if the room cannot be re-rented.

Checkin is at 2 PM or later. Checkout is at 11 AM.

Due to family allergies, no smoking or pets are allowed.

Due to insurance regulations, candles are not allowed in the guest rooms, and a waiver must be signed before guest usage of the dock and boating facilities.
