Turkey Sausage Hash

This recipe is from the Primrose House B&B in Dayton, Virginia.  I serve it with any style eggs and I never have any left over.  So simple and yet so good!!

 

 

 

Boil or microwave:

            3 cups diced potatoes

 

Brown:

1 lb of bulk sausage  ( I use frozen turkey sausage)

 

Add:

1 med onion chopped

2 med carrots

1 med green pepper, chopped

cooked potatoes

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

 

 

Reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes until lightly browned.
